At Dutch Vinyl Record Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your record is damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the vinyl remains in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Records

  Carefully place the vinyl in its original mailer or a sturdy record-specific box to prevent any warping or sleeve damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned media, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
